Welcome to the K.A.P Flag Team

Kingdom Arts Program Flag Team!

To our new Flag Team Members,

Welcome to the Kingdom Arts Program Flag Team! We are so excited to have you join us for this special opportunity to worship God through the art of Flag Ministry. Your participation is an important part of creating a powerful and meaningful presentation that inspires others and honors God.

As part of the Flag Team, you’ll learn how to use movement, meanings of colors, and creativity to share a message of Faith and Hope. Together, we’ll practice, grow, and prepare for a presentation that reflects your dedication and God’s Glory.

We’re thrilled to have you on this journey and can’t wait to see the impact of your talent and heart in action.

Blessings,

Rachel Jennings

To ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ve created these rehearsal guidelines. Following these will help us prepare effectively and honor God through our dedication and teamwork.

1. Come Prepared

  • Dress Appropriately: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for full movement. Avoid loose or dangling jewelry for safety.

  • Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle for use during rehearsal.

  • Be Punctual: Arrive on time and ready to begin. Rehearsals are essential for creating a polished presentation.

2. Respect the Rehearsal Space

  • Keep the Area Clean: Please dispose of trash properly.

  • Handle Flags with Care: Treat flags and props with respect, ensuring they are stored safely when not in use.

3. Follow Instructions

  • Listen to Instructor: Pay attention to instructions and feedback from the instructor.

  • Practice with Focus: Use your time effectively by staying attentive and engaged during practice.

4. Be a Team Player

  • Encourage Each Other: Support your teammates with positive words and actions.

  • Work Together: Synchronization is key in Flag Ministry, so be mindful of your timing and movements in relation to the group.

5. Safety First

  • Be Aware of Space: Practice safe spacing to avoid accidental contact with others.

  • Stretch Before Rehearsal: Take time to warm up your body to prevent injury.

6. Maintain a Worshipful Attitude

  • Focus on the Message: Remember that our movements are a form of worship, and our ultimate goal is to honor God.

  • Pray Together: We will begin and end each rehearsal with prayer to seek God’s guidance and blessing.

7. Rehearsal Attendance

  • Commit to Practice: Consistent attendance is crucial for group synchronization and success.

  • Notify in Advance: If you’re unable to attend a rehearsal, please inform the director or team leader as soon as possible.

8. Be Ready for Presentation

  • Practice at Home: Spend time practicing outside of rehearsal to refine your movements.

  • Stay Encouraged: Remember that every effort you make is part of a greater purpose in glorifying God.

Thank you for your commitment to the K.A.P. Flag Team. By following these guidelines, we can create a beautiful and impactful presentation together. Let’s make every rehearsal count!
